Individual reservations
Reservations are always binding. We apply the following conditions for individual standard reservations (max. 3 rooms):
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival date.
For cancellations within a period of 7 to 2 days before arrival, the first night will be charged.
For cancellations within two days before arrival date, the full reservation amount will be charged.
In case you select a non refundable rate, the amout of the reservation is due at the time of the booking. This reservation cannot be modified, nor cancelled without charge.
Multiple reservations
The following conditions apply for group bookings from 4 rooms:
- Bookings of 4 or more rooms are binding subject to payment of an advance in the amount of the first night (for all rooms).
- For cancellations of group bookings up to 1 month before arrival date, the first night will be charged.
- 1 month before arrival, the full amount of the group booking must be paid, this amount can under no circumstances be reclaimed by the customer.
03. Special conditions
Different agreements apply on public holidays and during school holidays. Before the dates can be reserved, the reservation has been made and the full amount of the reservation has been taken into account (excluding bookings of extras).
Payment terms
All our invoices are payable net in De Haan on the invoice date, unless stated otherwise (due date). Any invoice that is not paid on the normal due date will be avoided by operation of law and without notice of default with an interest of 12% per year with full payment. After the due date and according to the law, a debt equal to 20% of the principal with a minimum of 200 euros and without prejudice to any reminders of fair costs will be awarded as compensation.
